Deposit:

50% deposit is required for confirmation of a booking.

Payment:

Should payment not have been made in full, final payment for the booking should be made by EFT prior to arrival, alternatively, on arrival by cash or Card. Party bookings should be finalized and paid for in full seven days prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy – non event guests

  • Cancellation 14 days before arrival, 100% of total booking forfeit
  • Cancellation 21 days before arrival, 100% of deposit forfeit i.e. 50% of booking
  • Cancellation 28 days before arrival, 50% of deposit forfeit i.e. 25% of booking
  • In the event of premature departure, we charge for the full original booking
  • In all the points above, we re-serve the right to re-let the accommodation

Indemnity:

On arrival the guest will be required to sign the following Indemnity:

The Guest acknowledges that they are fully aware of the dangers and risks associated with Hills and Dales Accommodation i.e. stairs, hills, river, ponds, swimming pools etc.

They indemnify and waive all claims against the owners of the accommodation, their associates, servants and employees and/or any person connected. Whether directly or indirectly with the running of the accommodation and fellow guests/invitees from any and all claims of whatsoever cause or nature which may arise on behalf of their spouse, common-law wife/husband, their children. Whether minor or adult or relative and/or person accompanying them to the accommodation whether as their invitee otherwise or at all who suffer injury or loss whilst on the premises or property of the accommodation and whether arising from an act of commission or omission on the part of those hereby indemnified or anyone of them.

In the event of injury the accommodation may at its discretion and without prejudice and without admission of liability arrange for emergency medical treatment for and on behalf of any guest.
